How do I book a tour with Ice Bear Travels?
Send us an enquiry using the form on this website, by email or on WhatsApp. Share your dates, number of travellers and interests. We will reply with an itinerary and quote, and once you are happy we confirm your booking with a small deposit.
Can I customise a tour package?
Yes. Every package on this site is a starting point. We can add or remove destinations, change the hotel category, extend your stay on the beach or design a completely new route for you.
What is included in the price?
Our quotes include a private air-conditioned vehicle with a chauffeur, fuel, highway tolls, parking, airport transfers and accommodation with breakfast for packages that include stays. Flights, visa fees, entrance tickets, meals and tips are usually extra, and we list everything clearly in your quote.
Do I need a visa to visit Sri Lanka?
Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) or visa before arrival. Requirements and fees change, so please check the official Sri Lankan government portal for your nationality. We are happy to guide you through the process.
When is the best time to visit Sri Lanka?
Sri Lanka has two monsoons, so there is always a good coast to visit. December to April is best for the west, south and hill country, while May to September suits the east coast and the Cultural Triangle. Read our month-by-month guide in the blog.
